Our firm is led by Director Sanjay Kumar, who holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) (Hons) from the University of Auckland. He was admitted to the roll of Barristers and Solicitors in 2013. Originally from Nadi, Fiji, Sanjay has lived, studied, and worked in New Zealand since 2005. Before entering private practice, he spent over a decade working with the New Zealand Government, gaining valuable experience across a range of legal and regulatory areas.

Sanjay takes a hands-on approach to every case, personally appearing in Courts and Tribunals for all matters our firm undertakes. This ensures clients receive not only consistent representation but also the assurance and transparency they deserve when it comes to legal service and cost.
